باستخدامك موقع محمصة مزاجي أو إرسالك طلبًا عبره، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية. نرجو قراءتها قبل الطلب.

التعريفات

«الموقع» هو موقع محمصة مزاجي. «نحن» تعني محمصة مزاجي في مملكة البحرين. «العميل» أو «أنت» هو كل من يتصفح الموقع أو يطلب منتجاتنا.

المنتجات والأسعار

  • نعرض في الموقع أكياس القهوة المقطّرة وحبوب القهوة الكاملة (عبوة 250 جرامًا) من أصول مختلفة.
  • الأسعار معروضة بالدينار البحريني (BD).
  • قد نغيّر الأسعار أو المنتجات في أي وقت. السعر المعتمد لطلبك هو السعر الذي نؤكده لك عند تأكيد الطلب.
  • الصور للتوضيح، وقد يختلف شكل العبوة قليلًا عمّا في الصورة.

كيفية الطلب

تضيف المنتجات إلى السلة، ثم ترسل طلبك إلينا برسالة واتساب جاهزة. إرسال الرسالة لا يعني تأكيد الطلب. يصبح الطلب مؤكدًا عندما نرد عليك عبر واتساب ونؤكد المنتجات والمجموع وطريقة التوصيل والدفع.

يحق لنا رفض الطلب أو إلغاؤه إذا لم يتوفر المنتج، أو وُجد خطأ في السعر، أو تعذّر التوصيل. سنبلغك بذلك، ونرد إليك أي مبلغ دفعته مسبقًا.

التوفر والكميات

كمياتنا محدودة. قد يظهر المنتج في الموقع بحالة «Sold out»، وقد نحدد حدًا أقصى للكمية في الطلب الواحد. وقد يتغير التوفر بين وقت عرضه في الموقع ووقت تأكيد طلبك.

الدفع

نتفق معك على وسيلة الدفع عبر واتساب قبل تأكيد الطلب. لا يتم أي دفع داخل الموقع، ولا يجمع الموقع بيانات بطاقتك المصرفية.

التوصيل

  • نحدد مناطق التوصيل ورسومه ومدته التقريبية عند تأكيد الطلب عبر واتساب.
  • مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية، وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
  • أنت مسؤول عن تزويدنا بعنوان صحيح ورقم تواصل متاح وقت التوصيل. إذا تعذّر الوصول إليك بعد محاولات معقولة، قد نعيد جدولة التوصيل أو نلغي الطلب.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يسري على الاسترجاع والاستبدال ما ورد في سياسة الاسترجاع، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.

حفظ القهوة

القهوة منتج غذائي. نوصي بحفظها في مكان بارد وجاف بعيدًا عن الضوء والرطوبة، وإغلاق العبوة جيدًا بعد فتحها.

الملكية الفكرية

الاسم التجاري والشعار والصور والنصوص في هذا الموقع مملوكة لمحمصة مزاجي أو مرخّصة لها. لا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها لأغراض تجارية دون إذن كتابي منا.

حدود المسؤولية

نحرص على أن يكون الموقع دقيقًا ومتاحًا، لكننا لا نضمن خلوه من الأخطاء أو استمراره دون انقطاع. في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع. لا تقلل هذه الشروط من حقوقك كمستهلك بموجب القوانين السارية في مملكة البحرين.

الخصوصية

نتعامل مع معلوماتك وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

تعديل الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وننشر النسخة المحدّثة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ آخر تحديث. استمرارك في استخدام الموقع بعد النشر يعني موافقتك على التعديلات.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين مملكة البحرين، وتختص محاكمها بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

By using the Mazaji Roastery website or sending an order through it, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you order.

Definitions

"The website" is the Mazaji Roastery website. "We" means Mazaji Roastery in the Kingdom of Bahrain. "Customer" or "you" means anyone who browses the website or orders our products.

Products and prices

  • The website shows single drip pouches and whole coffee beans (250g bags) from different origins.
  • Prices are shown in Bahraini dinar (BD).
  • We may change prices or products at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one we confirm to you when we confirm the order.
  • Photos are for illustration. The packaging may look slightly different from the picture.

How to order

You add products to the cart, then send your order to us as a ready-made WhatsApp message. Sending the message does not confirm the order. An order is confirmed when we reply on WhatsApp and confirm the products, the total, delivery and payment.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if delivery is not possible. We will let you know, and refund any amount you paid in advance.

Availability and quantities

Our quantities are limited. A product may show as "Sold out", and we may set a maximum quantity per order. Availability can change between the time you view a product on the website and the time we confirm your order.

Payment

We agree the payment method with you on WhatsApp before confirming the order. No payment is made on the website, and the website does not collect your card details.

Delivery

  • We confirm delivery areas, fees and the estimated time when we confirm your order on WhatsApp.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
  • You are responsible for giving us a correct address and a phone number that is reachable at the time of delivery. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we may reschedule the delivery or cancel the order.

Returns and replacements

Returns and replacements are governed by our Return Policy, which is part of these terms.

Storing your coffee

Coffee is a food product. We recommend storing it in a cool, dry place away from light and moisture, and sealing the pack well after opening.

Intellectual property

The brand name, logo, images and text on this website belong to Mazaji Roastery or are licensed to it. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or will run without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss arising from use of the website. These terms do not reduce your rights as a consumer under the laws in force in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Privacy

We handle your information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. If you keep using the website after an update is posted, you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
